·The Scottish Garden Show invites local businesses to become sponsors at the exciting new national event
Organisers of the inaugural Scottish Garden Show, taking place in the grounds of the historic Scone Palace this summer, are calling for local businesses to join an event celebrating an industry that has “surged” during lockdown.
The rise in popularity of gardening was a positive story to come out of 2020 with an additional three million new gardeners in the UK following last year’s lockdown, according to the Horticultural Trades Association.
The show, taking place over three days from 29-31 May, is expected to welcome thousands of gardeners and will host a line-up of top nurseries, trade stands and a food area offering the best flavours and produce from around Perthshire.
Organisers are now seeking sponsors to be part of this event – one many avid gardeners, novice and experienced, young and old, will welcome this summer. The event is welcoming local businesses, both related to the gardening sector and not, who are keen to reach large scale audiences.
